Yoga on the Dock

Need a break from boat work? Want to relieve stress and relax after a long day at the office?

If so, join us again this summer for FREE 45-minute yoga on the dock every Wednesday night  starting in June! Yoga is not only great for increasing flexibility, building muscle strength and relieving physical pain, but it can also lower blood pressure, relieve depression and make you a happier person. Plus, where better to practice yoga than here in Elliott Bay, overlooking the pristine waters of Puget Sound taking in the sights of Mt. Rainier and the Space Needle. Classes run June 14th through August 30th and are offered by Seattle-based Yogi and marina tenant, Elizabeth Krenke. Elizabeth is passionate about helping others create healthier, more balanced lives through the practice of yoga on and off the mat!

Time: 6:30pm – 7:15pm

Location: Elliott Bay Marina Observation Deck

What To Bring: Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, Towel, Weather Appropriate Attire
